Figma allows you to create Styles for Colors, Text, Effects , and Layout Grids and reuse them across your designs.
Styles are the equivalents of what we name as Design Tokens in design systems, and in Toolabs DSM.
Our plugin basically keeps Figma Styles and Design Tokens in sync . Changing a style in Figma automatically updates the referenced Design Token in DSM, and vice versa.
➥ If you already have a Figma file with styles, then creating a new design system from the plugin will automatically create design tokens for the existing Colors, Effects , and Text styles in your Figma file.
